Far Eastern Polychem Industries Limited ("Far Eastern
Polychem" or the "Company") is principally engaged
in the production and distribution of polyester products
in the PRC. Currently, the Company's polyester products
include bottle-grade PET chips, polyester filaments and
finished fabrics, which can be further processed into a
wide range of end products.

The Company is the PRC flagship company of the Far Eastern
Group, one of the largest business conglomerates in Taiwan.
The Company was founded in 1995, and it established Far
Eastern Industries (Shanghai) Limited ("FEIS") as a wholly
foreign-owned enterprise in the PRC in 1996. Construction of
its production facility in Pudong, Shanghai, was completed in
1998.
Despite the short history of its operations , which commenced
in September 1998, Far Eastern Polychem is now the largest
bottle-grade PET chip producer and a major polyester filament
producer in the PRC.
As proof of its high standards, the Company is the larger of the
one of the major producers in the PRC that have received authorization from Coca-Cola China Limited to supply its bottlers with bottle-grade
PET chips for use in the production of Coca-Cola bottles.
